This is all taken care of as part of your monthly subscription. We will provide details when we deliver your car and let you know how to book your car in for maintenance and what to do if you need breakdown services.
Once your Voltric vehicle has been delivered to you it will have undergone a visual inspection. We check warning lights, mirrors/glass, tyre wear, bulbs and any damage if applicable. It is then your responsibility to keep the vehicle in a legal and compliant condition. Voltric provides Roadside Breakdown Assistance support as part of our service all breakdowns that are manufacturer warranty related will be covered in your monthly subscription however callouts to breakdowns due to suspected driver error or negligence a call out fee and admin fee could be added to the cost of your monthly subscription.
